Mosque Visitation

(Thursday, Jul. 26, 2001)

Our goals, through the visitation of these centres are as follows:

1. To work towards the unification of Muslim students/youths it would be necessary to establish a broad network of Muslim students/youths that would, one day, be willing to organize religious events that cater to OUR needs as young Muslims in Canada.

“The believers are brothers of one another and nothing is more dear to a brother than his brother”. ~Imam Ali (as)~

2. By visiting various Islamic Centres, we make ourselves aware of and enhance communication with Muslims of different backgrounds and unique ethnic diversity.

“O people! Verily We have created you of a male and a female, and made you in nations and tribes, that you may recognize each other; Verily the most honoured of you with God is the one of you who guardeth (himself) the most (against evil), verily God is All-Knowing, the All-Aware.” ~The Holy Qur’an (49:13)
